A 56-year-old West Busselton man has been charged after he allegedly breached hotel Quarantine after arriving at Perth Airport from Singapore last Friday.

The man was directed to quarantine for 14 days and it will be alleged the man exited his hotel room on Tuesday this week.

When security approached the man requesting he return to his room, he allegedly became aggressive and police were called to assist.

He was charged with one count of Failed to Comply with a direction and will appear in Perth Magistrates Court today.
