British rapper Yung Filly has been found not guilty of raping a young fan during a one-night stand following a concert in Perth nearly two years ago.

The 30-year-old, whose real name is Andreas Felipe Valencia Barrientos, was on Friday found not guilty of three counts of sexual penetration without consent, one count of assault and one count of impeding another person’s normal breathing or blood circulation by applying pressure to neck.

He was however found guilty of two assault charges — which included biting the woman on her neck and breast.

The jury was unable to reach a verdict on three charges of sexual penetration without consent.

Barrientos was on trial at WA District Court defending 10 allegations he slapped, bit, strangled and raped a 20-year-old fan following a gig at Bar1 Nightclub in Hillarys on September 28, 2024.

He is due to return to court on August 21 ahead of sentencing for the assault charges.
