Police are searching for missing WA man Luke Ben Hazelwood who has not been seen since December last year.

The 32-year-old was believed to be travelling in a maroon SsangYong Stavic station sedan before the vehicle was found abandoned in a hotel car park.

Mr Hazelwood was last sighted about 127km north of Perth, outside a hotel on North Street near the Gingin Road intersection in Lancelin.

He is described as being about 185cm tall, of medium build, with brown hair and hazel eyes, and is known to frequent the Yanchep area and surrounding locations.

WA Police Force believe Mr Hazelwood may be anywhere in the State and are urging anyone with CCTV or dashcam footage from Lancelin and nearby areas to come forward.

He was reported missing to police on January 5.
