In Pictures: Community celebrates festive season at Harvey and Waroona Community Christmas galas on December 8

The Harvey and Waroona communities came out in force earlier this month to celebrate the most wonderful time of the year. Hundreds gathered at Uduc Rd and Drakesbrook Place for a night of colour, joy and celebration at both towns’ annual Christmas galas on December 8. There were plenty of excited and happy children at the two events when Santa made his entrance, as they discussed their wish lists ahead of the big day on December 25. Additional excitement ensued amongst the adults when the winners were drawn for two Christmas raffles. Harvey’s gala was headlined by dance groups and musical performances, while the Mandurah Concert Band provided the audio backtrack for Waroona’s night.
