Ex-Bull a top Shark

Former Harvey Bulls star Larissa Versaci has landed a leadership role in the WAFLW. Versaci was last week named vice-captain of the East Fremantle Women’s league side. She was handed the honour alongside co-vice-captain Kate Inglis-Hodge and captain Ashleigh Gomes. Versaci has been playing with the Sharks since her stint in Harvey and is a premiership player with East Fremantle. She formed part of the first-ever Bulls women’s team, which went on to play in a nailbiting grand final. Versaci was originally a soccer player, but made the switch after the introduction of the women’s footy team. The athlete said she was “humbled” by the opportunity.
