Tight bowling and a steady stream of wickets through the innings saw Harvey-Benger restrict Dardanup to 8/149 from their 40 overs with Johnny Crognale (3/21) and Adrian Kirk (2/21) the pick of the bowlers.

In reply, in form Harvey-Benger openers Johnny Crognale (33) and Rowan Morrison (46) again set a strong foundation with an 84-run partnership.
