Harvey-Benger’s Year 6 team finished their first year in the Bunbury and Districts Junior Cricket Association on the weekend.

Team coach, John Crognale said the team performed “extremely well” throughout the year and are looking forward the playing next season.

“I was impressed on how the boys improved with each game,” Crognale said.

He said the team’s players — Dante Burnham, Lachlain Brass, Tyson Brass, Zac Ieraci, Tyler Bozanich, Jesse-J Crognale, Brady Oxford, Luke Cosentino, Jed Hill and Julian Frederiksen — had made great progress throughout the season and showed signs of a promising future in the sport.

Crognale said the players were planning to play again next season in the Year 7 age group.
