Harvey Bulls set to have first junior South West Football Netball League side with 16-and-under team

The Harvey Bulls have achieved a major milestone, entering their first junior netball side into the regional competition in six years. The club and the Harvey Netball Association have been working together to create a 16-and-under team for the South West Football Netball League, which will compete in this year’s competition. Coach Miranda Narducci said it is first time the Bulls have had a junior netball side since 2018 when a under-18 team took part in the league. “This year the Bulls are proud to have both an 16-and-under, and the reserves netball teams in the competition,” she said. “We couldn’t have done it without the support of Harvey Netball Association. We have some great junior netballers in our community, and we are excited to take part in this competition.” Narducci said the team has been hard at work getting ready for this year’s competition, with players committing to pre-season training and fitness programs over the past months. The competition begins in April, with the Harvey team to compete against teams from all around the South West.
