A popular cafe situated on Forrest Highway has been named as a finalist in the Perth Tourism awards for 2019.

Specialising in bush tucker products with a paddock-to-plate ethos, the Crooked Carrot fell under the Tourism Restaurants and Catering Services category alongside Boston Brewing Co, Odyssea City Beach, Sandalford Wines and The Lake House in Denmark.

The Perth Airport Western Australian Tourism Awards have been recognising and rewarding business excellence, innovation and professionalism in tourism for 47 years.

The awards program is comprised of an online submission and tourism operators from all sectors of the industry are invited to nominate.

Winners will be announced at a Gala Dinner on November 9.
