A woman from the South West has faced Harvey Magistrate’s Court charged with breaching strict COVID-19 quarantine conditions. Shae Ann Zink allegedly failed to comply with the Emergency Management Act after returning to Myalup from the Eastern States last month. Police prosecutor Sgt Karl Rep told the court that Ms Zink failed to comply with quarantine orders on August 17 and 18. Outside court, police said they were unable to find Ms Zink when conducting home quarantine checks. Magistrate Andrew Matthews adjourned the case to Bunbury for October 5. Ms Zinc told Mr Mathews she intended to plead guilty to both charges.
