No confidence in Harvey president
Harvey Shire Council has been urged to consider a vote of no confidence for shire president Tania Jackson.
A petition of 139 signatures was handed to the council during the general electors meeting last night.
Brian Hanson tabled the petition stating Cr Jackson was not acting on behalf of the people.
Mr Hanson said submitting the papers meant the council would need to hold a meeting within 35 days and requested deputy president Paul Beech be chairman at the meeting.
