West Coast forward Tyler Brockman has been delisted after not playing a single game this season.

Brockman is the third Eagles player cut from the list as their exit meetings wrap up at Mineral Resources Park, with Harry Barnett and Harvey Johnston also delisted as they begin a brutal cull.

The 23-year-old moved to the Eagles from Hawthorn just three seasons ago in a trade that involved a swap of mid-range draft picks.

Brockman is due to face court on November 11 after pleading not guilty to grievous bodily harm over an alleged street fight in his home town Geraldton in December last year.

Brockman managed 30 games in blue and gold, only three of which were wins. He also battled through knee and hamstring injuries which meant he only managed four appearances at WAFL level.

The Eagles released a short statement from Head of Football John Worsfold announcing the news on Thursday evening.

“As part of our list management process, we have decided not to offer Tyler a contract extension for 2027,” he said.

“Tyler struggled to get on the field this season, but he has had strong support around him from our coaches and wellbeing team, which will continue as he transitions from our squad.”

Brockman leaves the club with 56 AFL games to his name and 38 goals.

While West Coast’s season only officially ended on Sunday, with a 62-point loss to Hawthorn at Optus Stadium, they have already had a busy week.

Alongside Barnett and Johnston departing, veteran Tom Cole joined Noah Long and Jacob Newton in putting pen to paper on one-year deals to remain at the club in 2027.

Cole also signed a one-year deal at the end of last season and is one of only three players left at the Eagles who played in their 2018 premiership after small forward Jamie Cripps retired.
