WA police car T-boned at intersection of Canning Highway and Thelma Street in Como

A police car has been T-boned and rolled onto its roof in Perth’s south.
A WA Police spokeswoman said the police vehicle was T-boned at the intersection of Canning Highway and Thelma Street in Como at about 5.55am on Friday.
It is understood the police car was travelling along Canning Highway, with its lights and sirens on, when a white Toyota Landcruiser accidentally T-boned it as it was driving through the intersection.
A St John WA spokesperson confirmed paramedics were not called to the scene.
The 32-year-old male driver of the Landcruiser, as well as the three police officers travelling inside the vehicle, did not suffer any injuries.

Emergency services and towing crews are currently on-site cleaning up the wreckage.
The left lane of Canning Highway northbound at Thelma Street remains closed as traffic management is in place.
There are no major traffic delays but drivers are urged to be cautious through the area.
